What Is a Tiered Chandelier?

A tiered chandelier features multiple levels of light sources and decorative elements, creating vertical visual interest and dimensional lighting effects. This multi-level fixture type distributes illumination across different planes, making it ideal for rooms with ceiling heights of 10 feet or more where a single-level fixture might appear inadequate.

What You Get With the Currey & Company Marquise Chandelier

1. Four-Tiered Crown Framework — Graduated tiers create visual depth and distribute light evenly across the room while drawing the eye upward.
2. 23.5-Inch Overall Diameter — Substantial visual presence sized perfectly for dining rooms 1313 feet or larger without overwhelming the space.
3. Luxor Gold Finish — Hand-applied warm gold with subtle speckled texture adds depth and reflects light without excessive shine.
4. Clear Glass Accents — Strategically positioned glass elements catch ambient light during the day and create prismatic reflections when illuminated.
5. Eighteen-Light Configuration — Dimmable bulbs provide flexible illumination control from ambient glow to full brightness for entertaining.
6. Adjustable Drop Length — Accommodates ceiling heights from 8 feet to over 16 feet with drop range of 59.5 to 127.5 inches total.

Where Does a Large Gold Chandelier Work Best?

This chandelier anchors formal dining rooms over tables seating 8-10 people, grand two-story foyers where the multiple tiers can be appreciated from both levels, and living room lighting schemes with 10+ foot ceilings.
