Visual Comfort Orbet 36 Chandelier

The Visual Comfort Orbet 36 Chandelier by Sean Lavin is a large circular ceiling chandelier in the Orbet range. Constructed from metal and glass, it is designed to provide ambient decorative illumination for interior spaces and carries an IP20 rating for indoor use.

The design arranges thirty-six frosted white glass spheres around a continuous metal ring, creating a beaded, jewellery-like silhouette. The fixture is suspended from a flat circular canopy by three thin cables with a smaller secondary ring midway to manage the spread of the supports. Available finishes include Nightshade Black, Natural Brass and Polished Nickel.

The structural components are metal while the spherical diffusers are frosted glass. Small cylindrical metal spacers separate each sphere and the chosen finish provides a strong contrast between the luminous glass and the frame.

Each frosted sphere acts as a diffuser to soften light and provide even 360-degree illumination around the ring, making the chandelier suited to balanced ambient lighting in dining areas, lobbies or large living spaces. Colour rendering is high with a CRI of 90, supporting accurate perception of materials and finishes.

The multi-cable suspension helps the large-diameter ring remain level when installed and the product is supplied with a flat circular ceiling canopy. Specifics such as included lamps, driver or dimming compatibility are not listed and should be confirmed at specification; the manufacturer provides a one-year warranty.
