Planting ‘Red Viking’ potatoes

Preparing the tubers
Before planting , let the tubers germinate in a bright, cool place for 2 to 3 weeks.
Cut the large tubers into pieces , making sure that each section has at least one eye.

Planting method
1?? Choose a well-drained, light soil rich in organic matter.
2?? Plant the tubers 10-15 cm (4-6″) deep , spaced 30 cm (12″) apart.
3?? Cover with soil and water lightly.

Buttage
