1960s Hand-Carved Table Lamp by Gianni Pinna Italian Mid-Century Modern Sculpture Lamp

A striking and rare hand-carved table lamp by Gianni Pinna, crafted in Italy during the 1960s. This sculptural piece exemplifies mid-century Italian artistry, with bold, abstract lines and organic forms meticulously carved from solid wood. The result is a totemic and expressive form that functions as both lighting and art object.

Pinnas signature style draws influence from both modernist abstraction and Mediterranean traditions, and this lamp is a compelling example of his sculptural vision. The rich patina of the wood adds depth and warmth, while the interplay of negative space and bold contours creates a dynamic visual presence from every angle.

The lamp is paired with a newly made boucl shade, offering a refined textural contrast and complementing the tactile quality of the carved base.
