Limited release Bred in Tasmania, this hardneck garlic is actually adaptable to a range of climates growing successfully from Hobart to Brisbane. Grown for its nutty flavour, this is an excellent variety for cooking; however it is important to note that the flavour is stronger the further south it is grown.
