Mullan Lighting 5-Arm Schoolhouse Chandelier

The Mullan Lighting 5-Arm Schoolhouse Chandelier is a five-light ceiling chandelier from Mullan Lighting that combines classic schoolhouse glass with decorative metalwork. It is intended for dining rooms, halls and other large interior spaces where diffused overhead ambient illumination is required.

The design pairs five wide opal glass schoolhouse shades with ornate scrolled metal arms radiating from a central hub, creating a broad horizontal spread of light. A decorative finial and suspended chain contribute to the fittings period character; the metalwork is shown with an aged brass or bronze finish and a weathered patina.

Shades are translucent white opal glass that act as diffusers to soften the light and reduce direct glare. The five-light configuration provides substantial illumination across a table or circulation space while preserving a comfortable, warm ambience when used with warm-toned lamps.

Installation uses a metal chain for suspension so hanging height can be adjusted on site. Bulbs are supplied separately and the fitting is rated IP20 for interior, dry locations. This product is made to order; normal returns policy does not apply. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

At Lighting Design Online we frame this chandelier as a considered choice for projects that prioritise atmosphere and clarity of form. We offer practical specification guidance and project-friendly support so you can be confident the fitting will perform and integrate correctly within your lighting scheme.
