The T8 LED Tube is a G13 linear lamp built to replace an old fluorescent strip tube of the same fitting. It draws just 12 W while putting out 2220 lumens, an efficiency of 185 lm/W, so it gives bright, even light along its length for a fraction of the running cost. The output is a crisp 4000K cool white that suits working areas where clear, neutral light matters more than warmth. In US terms a G13 lamp is the standard two-pin T8 tube light, and this one slots into the same bi-pin ends. A 200 degree beam spreads the light widely rather than throwing it in one direction, lighting the space below and to the sides of the tube.
