The Party Wall Lamp by Moooi

The Party Wall Sconce by Moooi features a cavalcade of colourful characters that represent distinct sides of the human drama, whether it be a comedy or tragedy. Furthermore, each alluring face is connected to the other through an intriguing backstory, whether it be the aspiring aristocrat, the evil genius, the patriot, the rebel, or the opportunist. While each face has its own personal features, all are made from a granular casted ceramic thats been finished in a rustic concrete glaze. They also contain an internal solid state LED light source that, once lit, shines through the eyes and mouth bringing each characters dark nature to light. Customize a setting by placing different faces together, mixing and matching to create an entirely unique dynamic.

Founded by Marcel Wanders and Casper Vissers in 2001, Moooi is devoted to listening to designers and making their dreams take form. The result? A collection of lighting, furniture and accessories that is playful, unique and exquisitely daring. From bold patterns to oversized shapes to eclectic oddities, Moooi aims to inspire people to fall in love with their homes once again.
