Tulip Red Riding hood – Dwarf Tulip

A low growing tulip with beautiful, scarlet-red flowers with black centres from April to May, the foliage in itself is also very attractive with purple stripes down the broadleaves, this gives interest in mixed planting before the blooms even open.
